I've had 2 very efficient, calm, informative, clear, pleasant, cleanings done by Dr. Susan Fohl, and recommended her to someone letting them know how gentle the whole cleaning is, and how I have that feeling of... "This person is just really good at what they do.", while she is doing her thing. Lucked out! :)

Dr. Fout and the receptionist Ken were diligent in scheduling me in for an appointment as a new patient, which was great! The facility was clean and clearly organized. Dr. Fout was incredibly kind and patient with me, which explains her 30 years in business and great local reputation. I look forward to going back in six months!

I called to make an appointment as a new patient and the male receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude!! He got loud and snippy with me and was telling me to stay with my old dentist. I was trying to explain that I wanted to switch to a new office and then he proceeded to speak over me and say "ma'am I do not think we would bea good fit for you!" He then hung up on me!! RUDE!! He needs to find a new job!

I wouldn't give even one star. I saw Dr. Foul because of a sharp pain on two back teeth. She did an examination and to my disappointment said she could find no problem. The pain remained so I went to another Dentist who within a couple minuets found 2 old metal fillings on the teeth that hurt and said they could be causing the pain and should be replaced. He also found gum disease. Dr. Foul found nothing. This ended up costing me because of the extra exam I had to get that insurance did not cover. Other Doctors/Dentists reso... read more
