Everyone here is always so nice to me and my cats and has recommended things that are actually important for my cat’s health and not just whatever makes them money. The office staff is always so warm and welcoming. They have been super flexible and help make our cats feel more comfortable and make the experience less scary.
The practice is very convenient and accessible. Same day appointment was available the day after we got our dog from the rescue , excellent. Doctor Yousef and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They were very patient and gentle with our reactive German Shepherd.
My sweet boy, Apollo, woke up this morning with a severe hot spot. He has always had skin allergies, but never something this bad. He gnawed all the fur from his hind leg over night. :( I was so frightened and worried, but my regular vet is closed on the weekend. I didn't think any vet aside from the ER would take him since he was not a current patient (and it being the weekend). I called, hoping for the best, and they fit him in right away. The doctors here took in my dog - a brand new emergency patient and owner - when my "regular" vet couldn't fit us in - even for an emergency - until a week later. Both doctors are very good and take care to explain everything, including options. I never feel rushed out; they give my dog as much time as needed. I can't say enough good things about this veterinary practice. Even the office staff and doctors' assistants are polite and caring. I'm going to bring my other dog here too.
My cat Bessie had never had a positive vet experience until I brought her here! They recommended that we try out their fear free service to sedate Bessie at home prior to her appointment. Dr Pooya and the vet technicians were all wonderful, I have never seen my cat so calm in other people's hands than during her checkup.
