took my 05 R1 in to have some work done, took 2 days past the expected time to complete, I did do a walk around and a check once the job was completed and the tech who did the work did seem to complete it properly. chain slack was correct, wheel alignment was correct, mirrors install straight, triple tree cover installed correctly. my display was a little loose, besides that, whoever the tech was good job. I did get charged for a bike wash or wipe down without ever being asked, I did not like that, I will take my bike back... read more

Drove 3 hours to there shop because the atv i was looking for was sold out in my area. Call yesterday to get the paper work started so i wouldn’t have to wait around all. I was only in there for about 30mins and was loaded up on my way back home. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star because just like a few others said i was not greeted by anyone so i had to Wander around to find the salesperson.
