Verified Renter The apartment that we moved into is newly renovated and all the appliances are new, in which we loved. The staff was very helpful in getting us situated. This was a very pleasant and easy experience. The only thing is, they need to come spray for bugs every week or every other week. Other than that, everything is good.

Verified Renter I have lived here for about 8 months and I do not have a lot of problems. There is just a lot of homeless people in and out and I worry about the outside areas being clean enough for me and my baby to go out there.

Great place to live Manager and assistant manager are really nice and helpful. Maintenance is very punctual and professional as well as thorough. Neighbors are friendly and very clean.
Not as bad as it seems I like my apartment. The office staff were very friendly and they are more than willing to address all concerns especially Kyle and Annette. As far as pest control, we are responsible as well. I bomb my apartment regular and take the trash out etc. As a community I am responsible to help keep my apartment clean.
Fredburg Place Just moved in and I got to say, its not a bad first. Only issue I have are the roaches, other than that, I enjoy the look of the place and the staff in the offices are friendly.
Verified Renter Still waiting for over a year for a couple of work orders like paint my apartment, fix my kitchen and restroom cabinets, and resurface my restroom shower and sink.
