We are very pleased with FF! Looked around at several floor companies and Fred’s had more variety and staff easy to work with. Love my new kitchen floor!!
Our new carpet looks and feels good to walk on. It is great to have another room in our home look better with floors installed by your team. Jodie was so great helping me choose a carpet best suited to the traffic I have in my home office and my style. She was patient and answered my many questions as if they were not numerous and probably redundant. Buying carpet was a huge expense that she made less scary.
After searching all the local tile stores in Nashville and Murfreesboro, we hit the jackpot with Fred’s. I have lived in Murfreesboro for over 35 years and haven’t heard of them before. But after the amazing customer service we received, I will never go anywhere else!!! They went above and beyond sending me pictures of what they had in stock, staying open past closing on a Friday afternoon so I could make it to the store, bringing samples out to the car. When we decided to replace all of our floors we received several quotes but I wanted to shop local. Rob at Fred's Flooring was great to work with and answered my endless questions. I was very nervous about my choice but he helped to set my mind at ease. Leo and his crew that came out to do the work was great, very professional and crazy fast. AND I LOVE MY FLOORS!!! I have already recommended Fred's to my friends and will continue to do so.
I sent the hubby to Fred’s Floors to learn and look around. Doug helped my husband pick out carpet and provided an awesome quote. The very next morning, a team of gentlemen arrived and worked harder than I’ve ever seen anyone work! They recarpeted 1,578 sq feet in less than 8 hours!!! It was crazy! We could not be happier with the work done and the level of service we received.
We had Fred's install the Revwood Plus laminate flooring in our entire downstairs. They got it done in two days and it looks great! Robbie was quick to respond to emails and get us taken care of. Highly recommend!
