This is a great store with competitive prices. Freedom Firearms has great inventory as well and lastly there is no gun store commandos here.
great staff, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to take the time to help look into things if they do not know something off the top. they are more than willing to help make you feel comfortable and if you have questions they don't make you feel dumb they educate you and share the knowledge. if you've ever been to lock n load... FREEDOM is the complete opposite! 😆 bottom line, great customer service. I would recommend freedom firearms for sure!

The folks in there were very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, explained everything and didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need or didn’t know about, especially being a first time gun buyer. Some other local gun shop employees (they were also first time buyer’s once) around town really should do a “day in the field” with these guys and learn what Customer Service means.
