Called Hal after fence we installed ourselves was constantly being broken by lawnmowers. Friendly, professional, reasonable. Team arrived with Hal within a week and installed the fence in a matter of hours. Very accommodating to my request to put the fence at the outer edge of our property which was wooded, tangled and quite difficult terrain. Hal stayed until everything was discussed and then crew did a great job on the fence. They trained the dogs on the use of the fence which went quickly as we had previously had a fence.... read more

The gentleman who showed up to do the job were polite and professional and went over every step included in the project. They also brought their training dog who had to be one of the most well trained dogs I have ever met. The job took about half the day and everything came out perfect. They were even able to fence off the difficult parts of the yard that include hills and brush. It was great from beginnning to end - Hal came over promptly after hearing from us. He spent a good deal of time with us describing his product (and how it differs from his competitors) and answering all of our questions and concerns. We have two small resues who can be anxious; the factor of two dogs of this type had us concerned but we really wanted them to have an alternative to their outside pen. The owner and staff at Freedom Fence are great - we had no surprises during installation as Hal answered all of our questions and concerns. Training was a breeze and amazing - our two anxious rescues were like putty in traininer Joe's hands and Roxy, an amazing dog who joins Joe in training made a huge inpact on our dogs and their experience. Finally, we got immediate and helpful response to questions that popped up after installation. Our dogs are still intraining but are thoroughly enjoying their new found freedom.
Hal was very responsive. The work was done quickly. His installer arrived as scheduled, explained everything, installed the fence just as we wanted, trained our dog and cleaned it all up! We are very happy with the result. Installed an electric pet fence

I had an issue with our collar. Hal, the owner, did everything he could to get it resolved over the phone. When he could not help me he came out and fixed it himself. I am extremely thankful for his level of support during our issue. Fixed an issue I was having with our fence.

Initially I was going to install the invisible fence system myself to save cost. Hal is amazing!!! This man never sleeps..Every time I call, he answers the phone. One time I left a message and he called back within 30 minutes. His willingness to please is above and beyond. He bent over backwards to meet our schedule and constantly follows up. Hal accommodated our hectic schedule by having his team come over in 2 days, once to install the fence and the next day to train our pet.
