Freedom care Missouri is the worst! Never return phone calls in a timely manner, your time is always and I mean ALWAYS messed up! When you try to call and inquire about to fix it they basically just rush you off the phone without ever fixing the problem. I do not recommend freedom care they are liars and thieves they take ur caregivers hours and don't give u the proper pay that is discussed we will be suing them and the insurance company that the patient goes thru I will not lie

my son signed up with freedom care for me to be the caregiver I have nothing but problems with this company. It took almost 2 months to get through all the bullshit then I started working was told paydays are fri. my first check is a paper check but never gor my check on payday because they sent my check out on payday. it's now Tues. but still no check I was told could take up to Thurs. for me to receive my check .I should have stayed with committed care I went through bullshit with them at times but nothing like I am wi... read more

the app wasn't working for months I told my care manager manager said he'll let the higher know what's going on . fast forward on pay day who ever stopped my pay for several months now my case on hold with out pay. In they own me I even told my family members not too use freedom care in they told me copy that I expected different in I been working with freedom care since 2017
