Noah was extremely friendly and helpful. Our first room had an unpleasant odor coming from heater and he immediately gave us a new room. The orher staff was average.
Mostly positive. The visit was very good but the front desk computer system seemed to be slow so maybe the system updating. Front desk staff and bar staff excellent and helpful.
9/10 The location was just a bit weird but its mass. The staff was great and helpful, loved the online check in and digital key. Price was good. Rooms were very clean. My favorite part of any hotel is always the type of shower they have. This one had a rain fall shower and i loved it. Bar and restaurant on site, plaza next door and Starbucks on site.
Everything was average but based on the high prices, things seemed significantly overpriced. I did not have any major problem and the breakfast was good.
Beware of added non refundable fees. $25 that had to be used in their restaurant. $25 for parking.
Overall it was good
Large room with comfortable beds but very confusing with extra payments with resort fee and car parking fees being the same amount and yet the car park was a large open lot so I would expect parking to be included in costs. And resort fee you can use for payment at restaurant. Surely all these could be simplified and included into nightly rate. Front desk staff also took ages to complete check in process for room we had booked in advance, seemed all very inefficient.
