Front desk staff was excellent,
Recommend The hotel was quite adequate for our needs. The service at the front desk was professional, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, the bathroom had everything needed including hot water, the lobby had a lot of space for sitting down and the location is excellent for accessing Cambridge as it’s close to the train station. Is not a $300 hotel but considering hotel prices in Boston I get it it’s all relative. In a city with more normal prices this would be $150 hotel. It’s certainly not luxurious bu... read more
Staff was very courteous, friendly & helpful. Especially the woman at front desk on Sunday who was from Tampa & working on assignment. Amenities & location are OK. Room was clean. However, overall, the property is older & in need of some updates & repairs, especially in rooms & bathrooms. Room was clean & beds comfortable. Room rate was high for the property condition & location. I would stay again but only if updates are made or more reasonable rates.

So noisy, could not get a good night sleep there
It’s a OK place to stay a few nights. It had free parking when we booked the hotel. When we checked in, they still tried to charge us for parking. Breakfast is not good.
