Dawn & co were extremely helpful and informative. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, truthfully, and was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I called and was able to book an appointment easily, which was great compared to all of the apparently overbooked facilities in Charlotte. I also paid a lot less than I expected as well!
Dr.Patel is amazing!! I had a painful experience at a dentist appointment once so I suffered from dentophobia. Dr. Patel always make me feel so comfortable and puts me at ease. I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist. I feel very fortunate to have such an amazing dentist. Everyone in the office is so professional and polite. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Dr. Dunning and his assistant today! I got 2 fillings done and was very pleased! Dr. Dunning is very down to earth and I enjoyed talking and laughing with his assistant! Try Dental Fresh!
I’ve been going to fresh dental since 2020 maybe 2021. They have a knowledgeable staff and it’s a nice environment but overall my customer experience sucked. I just got a letter in the mail saying I owe them money from a service that was provided to me in 2021 3 years ago. I was never notified my insurance wouldn’t cover it, before or after the procedure. This is one of worst clinic I have ever visited. I booked appointment for my daughter of 8 years old and while booking clinic said they can treat my daughter but when I went there they said they will refer my daughter to other clinic because they are not able to treat kids. It’s ridiculous. If you cannot treat why are wasting our time. Also I wanted to cancel my another appointment which was after 30hr as I didn’t like their approach they said they cannot cancel or they will charge $50.
