Fresh Laundry in Fresh Meadows raised the cost of the DOUBLE LOAD MACHINES OVER NIGHT BY 55 CENTS. This move by the company is really ridiculous. This INCREDIBLE ONE TIME INCREASE IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. WE ALL NEED TO FIND ANOTHER LAUNDROMAT AT A MORE REASONABLE COST. Being a customer here at Fresh Laundry at Fresh Meadows Laundromat for over six years...I AM TRULY SHAKING MY HEAD ON THIS INCREASE IN COST. LET'S "ALL" LOOK FOR ANOTHER LAUNDROMAT BECAUSE THEY WANT TO ROB ALL THE CUSTOMER BLIND.

This person in the counter is very rude and jerk, I think he is Filipino and wear a hat and glasses,, so I took my shirts and this guy said....we raised the prices on shirts so made a comment about why they are becoming so expensive, being the headquarters should be more flexible in everything!!! He said that his boss told him to tell customers if they are not happy to go somewhere else, what a disgrace!!!

I am very disappointed. I am their regular customer and also wash my baby clothes there. They dont have any rules and regulations regarding washing shoes. People use the same machines to wash shoes where we wash our and babies clothes. Management should take action as soon as possible.
