The customer service at this location needs a lot of attention! The woman who was there working today, 12/13 is a complete block head. She needs training so she can give others the correct information. She needs to understand the system that allows people to register their laundry card so they can receive notifications on their phone. She doesn’t know any of that stuff, sad . She also needs to learn boundaries and how to be impartial and not someone else’s lawyer, because that ain’t her job description!
Best place to get your clothes the cleanest as they have the best brand new machines. I wear white shirts to work every day and only their machines get them looking sparkly. In addition, they are opened 24 hours a day for our convenience even though the worker getting paid exceeds their profits during these slow times. It is much appreciated, thank you! (BTW your quick appreciation of the five stars I posted without a review caused this elaboration thanks again)
Claims the bathroom lock is broken. And the bathroom sign has been on the door for months.
No bathroom. Lies but just seen a cop use it. Not for customers.
I decided to do my Friday wash here today I was pleased with the size of machines bad experience is the soap display machine was out of order and there was no empty dryers I had to wait for a free machine which never happens my blankets came out clean n fluffy
