Moved here from NY and needed to get a touch up. I went to a girl who claimed to be a master colorist...I was at her salon for 20 hours.. Yes, 10 hours. I left with pineapple colored hair! I came to Fresh and had a consult with Regina. I knew she knew what she was talking about the moment she started talking color. She corrected my hair and I am on my way to becoming the blonde I once was. Thank you Regina! The front desk staff was amazing as well.

I walked in to Fresh Salon earlier this week with black and green hair from a botched service I received at another salon. Kaia was careful not to over promise what she could do to correct my color, but 3.5 hours later I walked out with beautiful color. I love my hair again. As long as I reside in Charlotte; I will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU KAIA!!!
