Your installers don’t have a clue.
This place totally FU the install on a job I was currently on. They installed tile around a tub butting the tile to the flange, resulting to leaking on the other side of the wall. Installed the totally wrong tile in bedrooms as well as someone’s idea of creating a bullshit threshold with mosaic tile. They don’t communicate except to get your money. Stay the hell away from this place!!!
