Excellent Customer Service. Appreciated the patience they had with providing my Parents with new LVP. They LOVE their new floors. The installers were great, Tina the Sales Person was great! It was an all around painless procedure for Selections of materials and the installation, Thank you so much
If there were more than 5 stars available, I would select a higher number. We had some issues with our initial floor performance and Patti, the manager, exceeded all expectations in addressing the issue. Some businesses talk about customer satisfaction, but Friendly Floors demonstrates it. This was probably the best customer service/satisfaction experience we have ever had. Gary and Suzanne Patton
Following hurricane Ian, we had to remove wall to wall carpeting and decided to put in a waterproof wood floor. Friendly Floors had a great selection and super advise. Tina came to our house to measure the space. Flooring was ordered and installed before Thanksgiving. The installers were Bob and Alex. They’re from the same home town as John Cougar Mellencamp. Bob and Alex are rock stars in their own way. The floor is better than we expected.
Will highly recommend! Extremely helpful picking out flooring. Installers did an amazing job!! Dan and Corey were so efficient and professional! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!
I'm afraid I can't go along with all the other great reviews here. I'm not sure what happened, but our experience was a giant disappointment! First of all, we were gone on vacation for a month and I was repeatedly assured that they could take up the old tile and put down new tile while we were gone. Well, this didn't happen. We arrived home at 2 in the morning from Europe to the tile being removed and only 1/2 of the house tiled. That was it.
