FCJDR This was my second experience with Friendship CJDR of Bristol, TN. They are highly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their sales people are not pushy, high-pressure folks. Three factors that brought me back to this dealership are: 1) They post no-haggle prices on their vehicles; 2) their sales people are not working on a commission-only basis; 3) there are no unpleasant surprises. We dealt with a young man named Heath who was excellent.

Search for a used car I have been searching for a new car for several weeks. I was not purposefully looking at this dealer but decided to stop. The salesman was not pushy and just showed me available cars and allowed me to ask questions and test drive multiple vehicles. He was very friendly. When he did not know the answer to a question he did not try to make up any answer but would find out from reliable source. The buying was easy and I did not feel pressured into making the wrong decision.
