Out of 5 experiences with major dealerships Friendship Ford of Lenoir was hands down the most pleasant one to date. I ended up breaking down in route almost 45 mins from home and another 45 to go. I called to cancel my appointment & after I explained the reason I was asked to hold for a minute. When they returned to the phone they offered to send a tow truck to pick up myself and the car. I came in the ford dealership today looking at a ford escape. I was quickly greeted by Tess and Tess showed me the escape I came to look at.I was able to take it for a test drive after talking a little more I ended up test driving 2 more cars!
