I purchased my vehicle from Friendship Ford of Lenoir on February 26, 2025, and as of April 2025 (to present in May 2025) it is non-drivable and sitting in a shop an hour away from home until I can afford the thousands in repairs out of pocket due to the negligence, lack of transparency, and lack of accountability displayed by Friendship Ford of Lenoir. Out of 5 experiences with major dealerships Friendship Ford of Lenoir was hands down the most pleasant one to date. I ended up breaking down in route almost 45 mins from home and another 45 to go. I called to cancel my appointment & after I explained the reason I was asked to hold for a minute. When they returned to the phone they offered to send a tow truck to pick up myself and the car. I brought my F250 in for service because insulation was falling from my headliner when stepping on the brakes. This vehicle has just 11,000 miles on it. The charge for checking it was $231.50 which included an $18.00 environmental fee (for what I don't know. I was told I must have had a mouse get into my headliner....How..... Again, I was told that there are many ways a rodent can get into a Ford truck and I was shown a vent that they said a rodent could easily get into. I have never had anything like this happen in my 60... read more
