I bought a 2024 ko a from this dealership. I would never purchase from them, or any friendship franchise again. The purchase experience as not pleasant and extremely long. The salesman said they couldn’t go lower on price, but when I was about to drive off, magically they could. The vehicle, a service loaner, didn’t have fluids levels checked and needed wiper fluid as soon as I got home. It took months, literally, for them to send the paperwork to get car registration.
