We had such a good experience at year with Dr. Danielle. This year we had to utilize their services again and when we ended up at Breckenridge Animal Clinic because they could not fit us in for a dog GI bleeding we got the records of our visit. Unbelievable lies! My dog has Renal Failure, Bradycardia, hip dysplasia all of which they didn’t call out then said we refused all treatment… we refused $260 worth of treatment! Will never go here again. On top of all that receptionist was rude on the phone.
unprofessional. just kept asking be whats wrong with him(my puppy, after i wrote a huge email explaining everything wrong. did not even touch my puppy to feel around. had a uti didnt examine. just gave him medicine that didnt work. will never be back and would never recommend
BEWARE. We've been a customer of Frisco Animal Hosptial for over 10 years and have subscribed to their PAW PLAN since its inception. Over the years staff has left and their attention to detail, both in animal health care and employ fraudulent billing practices. NO TRUTH HERE

Dr. Fatora and team literally saved our Newfoundland's life! Thank you for being awesome, Frisco Animal Hospital staff! When our guy was attacked (bitten and scratched) by our friends cats last year, we didn't realize there was a problem until 36 hours after the attack when his neck quickly swelled to the size of a football. We immediately took him to our regular vet, at farmer's korner, on a Thursday, where he was put on antibiotics.
