My husband and I had a wonderful experience with ** and his crew from Frogtown Roofing. From day one of getting an estimate to the final inspection of the work his crew performed, our expectations were exceeded. Too many consumers are given a quote by a contractor by dropping it into their mailbox (electronically or physically) without any explanation of how the work will be done. I hired them based on a job they did for my grandma years ago. Salesman, **** had us sold on the job based on his words " family owned and operated. Which come to find out was a lie. And then i was made out as if that was never said! I support local and that was another reason i choose this company. Everything that could go wrong did! We were told the day that they came out, that they wouldnt be out due to a heat wave. Instead, we woke up to a roofers foot coming through my bedroom ceiling. Felt the work was unfinished and not what we spoke of regarding the job. Was told I misunderstood. I sent pictures and The representative said he couldn't tell what I was trying to show them as they were "out of focus". I felt the mold and stains left were very clear. He stated he would bring the worker with him to look over the job. That was around June 18th. I have not heard from them as of this date.
