Our experience with Frogtown was extremely positive! The initial consultation provided thorough detail and explained what we needed for our repairs. JG who did the work arrived as scheduled and did amazing detailed work, a true craftsman! We also received an on-site follow up inspection to ensure we were completely satisfied! Frogtown was professional and a pleasure to work with. They completed our house roof on time and the cost was very competitive. They were also conscientious in their clean-up. I was so happy with my experience that I asked if they could squeeze me in for a small roof project on a new shed. They completed the shed roof the same day I called. I would highly recommend !

They got to it quickly, and Jeremy did an excellent job, and was more than happy to walk me through the process. I love to learn and warcyh what's happening, and he was absolutely amazing at explaining the job and answered numerous questions. Dealing with Frogtown staff was a positive experience, and they did as they promised. Each person, from sales to roofer, was very professional. I especially liked the young woman who answered the call during my emergency. How nice that a business actually had a human being ready to take the call and get the situation to the people needed to get the job done. All of the staff that I interacted with were professional and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of what to expect and the time frames anticipated. Clean-up was superb, which was a concern that I always have when having work done at my home. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the job and the price that I paid.
