I always have a great customer service experience when servicing my car at Frontier Ford. From scheduling the appointment, which is always quick and usually get an appointment for the same week or on a Saturday since that's what usually works best for me. The techs always reach out to let me know if they see something else and ask if is ok to proceed with other service before actually just them, or if I have any questions regarding the services that are being done.
