Easy to schedule, prompt and polite service, good work
It was a very positive experience. We liked our salesman, Magic, very much.
All problems were solved and oil change went well
Great communication, raised critical issue that needed to be fixed with oil valve and alternator above and beyond the 100k and oil pressure sensor service I requested. Made all the change in 2.5 days. Disappointed that I had to replace the alternator for the 3rd time in the life of the truck.
Service on vehicle was unfinished, grease was on interior
