Highly recommend Frontier Golf Carts. I looked at multiple places but ultimately felt most comfortable and more importantly most informed with my purchase from Frontier. Even though the shop was very busy Colin took the time to walk me through all the options so I could make the best decision. He gave me a delivery date and on that day he called and scheduled a delivery time. Walked me through all aspects of the cart on delivery. Can’t recommend the team at Frontier enough.
Dave and Collin were great to do business with. They gave sound advice and were clearly very knowledgeable, but we never felt pressured or rushed. If anything, Dave actually talked us *out of* a few add-on features that we were considering, and explained why they didn’t recommend them (but were willing to do them if we wanted). This was in stark contrast to some of their local competitors who seemed more focused on up-selling than on winning satisfied (referral) Customers. What a great operation! We ordered exactly what we wanted in July and were told our cart wouldn't arrive until August 15. Got a call this morning saying the cart was ready when we were ready to pay for it. Arrived at the shop at 5:15 to sign paperwork and were home by 6. The cart was delivered 30 minutes later. Can't thank Collin and Frontier enough for a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
Being in the service industry myself, I know what it looks like when a company takes pride in their business. These guys build a premium cart, at an affordable cost, in a timely manner. I have dealt with some of the other cart builders around here, and let me tell you, you do not get what you pay for sometimes. Thank you Dave and team for delivering an awesome product when and how you said you would deliver it. Ps. If you’re on the fence about the Lithium Ion upgrade, get it. It’s totally worth the extra money.
