We've been visiting my father-in-law at Frontier Rehabilitation for almost a year, and he seems to be genuinely well-cared for in this facility. Sadly, he has recently transitioned to hospice care, but we were very happy to learn he can stay in the same facility during these last days. It's comforting to know our loved one can remain in a place that has some familiarity during this final stage of his life. Frontier is an interesting place. I was there a month this summer so I was able to savor the whole experience! Lol The place is decently clean, which was nice. Workers were always vacuuming carpets and mopping patient's rooms. At night, the place was fairly quiet. No screaming or other disturbances on the rehab side. Other guests were fairly friendly. Management was fairly good tempered when interacting with patients. The RN's were ok. Sometime too busy and other times MIA. The CNA's were usually pleasant but when short-st... read more

I'm going to give it five stars, because I've only heard good things! (A few bad things at the beginning of the stay, but that's probably pretty typical of starting at a new place!) My Grandpa stayed here for about 3-4 months, I believe, and he's just now being discharged, today, with a pretty positive attitude about this place, and the overall stay here! My father was a patient at Frontier for a little less than a month and his care was exception. The staff was friendly and met his needs. He raved about the food, the care, and the people. His only complaint was he stayed too long! I was impressed with the team as they were always asking if I needed anything. It was a long recovery for my father and the Frontier team made it bearable with their positive outlook and willingness to do whatever it takes to make the stay durable. Well done Frontier. So far after a week here directly from the hospital the folks are caring, thoughtful, helpful and simply great. The PT fellows really care about getting me back on my feet. The only reason I rated this rhab center for star is 90% of the food seems over processed, over cooked. of the lower quality than would have come from a vending machine. No sauce for way overcooked ravoli, turkey breast, pork slices making the tough overcooked food unbearably dry. Poor in all categories . Poor service, poor quality, poor selection, horrible management, waste of time

Horrible! Do not bring your loved ones here ! They will end up worse than before ! Care givers avoid patients ! Food sits on the rack until they are ready to serve you . Cold food cold coffee. Workers come to work sick . Take the bad reviews here seriously!

There is a GOOD REASON they have a 1.9 rating! Residents are ignored, meds screwed up, fed garbage, IF FED AT ALL, miss life saving appointments, forge documentation to cover their butts, blantenly lie. Their negligence literally is mind blowing! This place seriously needs shut down. It's like sending your love one into the depths of hell! BEWARE..BEWARE..BEWARE! Unfortunately , due to litigation, I cant go into detail. Beacon Hill comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY HOSPITAL STAFF and DR'S.

Whatever you do, DO NOT bring any loved ones to this facility. My mother was admitted to receive rehab, but unfortunately my mother has not received any rehab, the staff is completing incompetent. The staff overdosed her so she would not get up in the evening. Due to overdoes she had to be taken to hospital as she was unresponsive. They do not bathe, respond to calls in room to help take to restroom..my family has to be present 24/7 due to being completely inept. We are in process of moving her to a facility that will t... read more
