RecommendedWanted to say a big thank you to the doctors, nurses,and staff at Frontline ER Richmond. This will be my second trip to the ER and cant say enough good things about them. Dr. Trujilio had me laughing while he was putting in my stitches while Keri was so gentle cleaning and bandaging me up. Also thank you to Jerin, Lejemol, and last but not least Martha. You guys rock!

RecommendedI had an urgent medical issue over the weekend and drove myself to Frontline ER in Richmond which thankfully was 2 miles away. I was checked in by Fatima and was promptly seen. Jasmine got me situated and did what she had to do (blood draw, etc). Jamarcus got me squared away with the CT scan and it was awesome that he was rocking an Astros hat. Dr Fitzgerald was great to work with. She was candid and answered my questions and took care of my issue. This was the first time I’ve gone to ANY ER. No one ever wants to get sick ... read more

RecommendedThis ER is outstanding. I’ve been to many places that don’t listen when you are tell them small but important bits of information..... IE... my veins are small and roll! But nurse PHUONG listened and stuck me ONLY ONCE😘😘 CHRIS, my radiological tech was great and knows her stuff! That goes for Dr. T. too!! Thank you!
RecommendedI recommend Frontline ER Richmond, the staff there were very friendly, Dani at the Registration desk was very nice, nurse Phuong was very nice , and very caring. The radiology Chris was also very nice., Doctor Trujillo was very specific in explaining what all he was going to do, and pain wise so I had no surprise., plus overall the place is very clean, I would definitely go back, plus to my surprise as I was checking out they gave me a discount . 5 Stars
