Melanie was great! She did a thorough inspection and took time to answer all our questions. We didn’t feel “rushed”. The follow-up report we received the same day was very detailed but easy to understand. We will definitely call her again and would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
Melanie was amazing. Very thorough and explained everything to where I could understand what was going on. Went over what needed to be fixed immediately and what needs to be fixed but could wait till after move in. She not only explained to me within the home so I could see exactly where she was talking about but she also sent me a report with everything we went over with just as much detail.
Melanie did a very thorough job with the inspection and then went above and beyond by giving us tons of advice on home maintenance, etc. Her great communication skills and promptness were much appreciated. She is extremely knowledgeable and always had an amazingly thorough answer to all my questions. <br /> Will absolutely use Full Disclosure Home Inspection again whenever I have the need for a home inspection. <br />

Melanie Moore, owner of Full Disclosure, was referred by our Real Estate Agent. She was very well versed in her knowledge in all facets of a home. I personally met her at the home and walked through the house with her. She was happy to answer all the questions I asked and to let me know of small details I might have overlooked. Melanie was extrememly professional but personable as well and made you feel very comfortable.
