So disappointed in Fun Factory! Refused to honor their tokens for grades promotion for my 9 year old daughter today. She left in tears because of earning one "DP" (Developing Proficiency) on her report card. We were told that's considered a "C" grade and because of it, none of her other "good" grades counted. She struggles in math and has worked very hard to get where she is and I am proud of her. I can't believe a company that is geared toward young people could be so insensitive and discouraging.
