I updated my response and then noticed after I hit create that it took my excellent rating out. I want to make sure you put in excellent for Dr. McCormick's office. I've been going here for many years now. Pretty much since they started in Fuquay. I love the staff and appreciate the wonderful care they give to us. Thank You.
front desk went well with check in - and making an appointment the front desk went out of their way to make a time that worked with our scheudle ! my daughter did say the cleaning was rougher than any other she has received - the cleaning hurt more than usual

I walked in on a whim today to see if the practice was accepting new patients. I was told yes and given the option of coming back at 1:30 on the same day due to a cancellation! I felt that the practice was clean, effiecent and full of very friendly staff and doctors.
Received with a friendly greeting. Immediately taken to examining room and work was begun by Suzy, Dental Assistant, who demonstrated a superior knowledge of the duties required of her. Dr. McCormic fully explained the procedure and was expert in his care. The equipment used and the staff are well above average.

I had a great experience (hard to believe you can say that about going to the dentist)...but I had some old fillings replaced and was dreading the novacaine shot - - have always dreaded that. Dr. McCormick was very gentle and I was shocked that I didn't even feel that initial pinch! Unbelievable!
I love my hygienist Rebecca, she is phenomenal !! Very personable, detailed, and genuine. She makes you feel at ease and relaxed. Thank you!
From start to finish staff was efficient and courteous. Felt very comfortable and confident in the care and services I received.
