Future Nissan of Folsom is definitely a step above all other dealerships. From my sales experience with Michael Hess to the finance process with Mike. Everything was easy, with no pressure. If you haven’t been there, I highly recommend you check them out before you buy anywhere else. They have great deals and many finance options.You can even call first to make an appointment if that is more convenient for you.
From the moment we stepped through the doors the staff was very friendly. Through out the process we felt like we were treated like family. We weren’t sure if we were going to buy so we didn’t take our title for our trade-in. The salesman followed us back to our place to pickup the title and second key fob (1.5 hour drive one way.) We were even taken care of the day after we bought our vehicle as we noticed a crack in the tire and they helped us out with a solution.
Best car buying experience ever! When I arrived for my first visit, I was immediately greeted by Michael Hess. We chatted briefly about what I was looking for and he showed me the Pathfinder that I eventually purchased. Before I left, he checked availability of another color I was interested in. I love my new car!! Michael and Jason were great! Very easy and fast process, I was in and out in less than 3 hours including test drive, getting gas, and cleaning out my old car!
Every time I have any service work done on my Rogue at Folsom Nissan, I leave knowing the work done on my car was completed by experts. This last month’s visit there to have regular service done, I got to work with Nicole, a very knowledgeable and pleasant Service Advisor. They have the nicest people working there, and I especially enjoyed working with Nicole.
