Chelsea, the front desk receptionist, was very kind and took her time to explain everything. I had a new dentist and he was very good and kind.

My husband and I are very happy with the care that we received for routine cleanings and dental work. We are happy to travel from Pepperell to Dracut for this care. The Facility is spotless and staff are very pleasant and professional.
I can only ever say such great things about this place. Not only is Dr. Austria so kind, but the staff is kind as well. Kim and Carisa always go above and beyond whether it be in person, on the phone, or by text messages.

I gotta tell ya! I hate the dentist.... can't decide who is worse...Gynecologist visits or Dentist visits...very high anxiety over both, so when I arrived for my very first appt. I was told the unfortunate news that they were not under my insurance plan...but offered the consultation anyways which I gladly took. I had been through quite a bit of trauma from a different practice, and needed to find someone else who was willing to help me with my situation.
