Gaslighting patients, ignoring calls and messages when patients reach out for help, then saying "someone had to reach out to you" though there is nothing on your chart that indicates anyone tried to speak with you.

Between the crappy attitudes and the refusal of releasing your own file, you may want to go elsewhere. This has to be some ethical violation and I'm done trying to get it resolved with them. if you're having issues with them as well, nolo helped me find someone to fight for me
