Took over an hour to do oil change when it used to take 10 minutes. Told originally that it could not be done until end of the month. You guys need to expand the hours for oil changes to include saturdays. People have things called jobs.
Took my car in to have a door repaired and they broke the window so they replace the window but didn't install it right so I went back to have it reinstalled and they still didn't get it right
