The G & C staff from front desk to final inspection personnel were all more than curtious and helpful. A very professional organization. 3 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality 3 Star : Customer Service Issues included date coordination restrictions between CSAA, G&C and enterprise. These restrictions caused me to revise plans. G&C wasn’t very accommodating and they blamed it on AAA. And AAA blamed G&C. Customer should be first.
