3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend not very good communication, few updates unless I called. car came back with overspray all over, was very dusty, and TOOK 3 MONTHS 4.5 Star : Repair Quality yes, repairs appear to be just fine 2 Star : Customer Service They started out at a 10+ but had sunk to a 4 by the end, because of communication with José. BUT, the manager was so so easy to talk to. Tesla’s parts distribution made the repair miserable.
