4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Good repairs but poor follow through with the rep I worked with. He seemed very scattered. Although he was very nice and diligent about making sure the repairs were to his satisfactions before I got the car back which I really appreciated. One part was not to his satisfaction, which is why I got an IOU. He’s supposed to call me today or tomorrow to bring my car back in to get it put on.
