3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 3 Star : Customer Service When I came to pick up my car I had to wait over an hour for the car to be ready because apparently the 12 volt battery had died. When they told me my car was ready, they had brought up the wrong car. It was the same make and model as mine, but a different color. It turns out there hadn’t been anything wrong with the battery in my car and my car had been ready the entire time. I waited over an hour for no reason.
