Great service all the way around. 4 Star : Repair Quality Seems to have some excessive spacing on the side that was repaired, compared to the other side of the vehicle. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend This process started out painfully slow because the driver who hit my car wasn't leaving a statement which meant that wouldn't allow the insurance to cover the damage. When asked what would make me the most happy, I stated that it would be just being able to have my car back. Well the time estimate went from 'a few days' to 'a week' and then my car was done in 2 days, which included having it driven down to Audi.
