4 Star : Likely to Recommend My overall experience was pretty good. I learned that I should probably look harder myself to make sure I point out everything. The customer service was amazing. Great Job! Having said that, you are only as strong as your weakest link. QC could have been improved in my case. 3 Star : Repair Quality The mirror turned out great, but they missed a large hairline scratch near where the main damage was.
