5 Star : My Experience Derek was very courteous and pleasant to work with. He explained everything that I needed to know and he promptly got my car scheduled for the repairs. I waited only 1.5 days and repairs were done to my satisfaction. He offered that I can come back if I had any concerns, or call him if I had any questions. He went over the warranty as well which I was pleased to hear. Thank you. It was also a pleasure to work with Ryan the adjuster. He kept me informed of what was happening. Good team work.
