0 Star : My Experience There was a very offensive odor left behind in my car when it was dropped off at my workplace on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. I phoned into the office to let the employees know and ask whether there were certain chemicals used and whether I can expect the stench to go away. 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The only reason I didn't give this a 10 was that I find the harranging to get me to complete this survey was extremely annoying. I got multiple texts, emails and even a phone call when I didn't immediately complete the survey. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality 2 Star : Customer Service It took over 11 days to have my car fixed. We were out if town and were told it would be done when we got back, instead we were called 3 minutes before pick up time to say it wasn't ready. I told the person that it needed to be done on the Friday before after already having the car for a week, yet it still was not ready.
