The entire Baton Rouge Clinic building and processes operate so efficiently. Dr. Say and his staff are most wonderful, always polite and respectful. There’s never any type of excessive waiting to check in for appt, get called back and seeing the doctor. Dr. Say is very humble and attentive to his patients. I definitely made a wise decision by switching to his office for my primary care needs! Thanks Dr. Say and Staff. Thanks BRC staff.
Dr. Say really cares about his patients. He listens and talks with them not at them. The nurses are really great too. I really like them, they are very kind and thoughtful.

Returning to Baton Rouge and Baton Rouge Clinic after living/working elsewhere. My old doctor is long retired, so I needed a new doctor. The clinic proposed Dr Say based on my history, and after our first appointment I think he is a very good choice.
