High quality professional service I was very nervous about the procedure that I was having done, but doctor Perciaccante did a great job. His assistant Janice was so sweet and really helped to take my mind off the pain. They are very kind and have a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs bridges or extractions!
Follow-Up Appointment I was there for my two week follow-up from my three wisdom teeth extraction. As usually the front office staff was friendly and my wait time for less than 5 minutes after I arrived. Dr. Periciaccante observed the open areas were my wisdom teeth were and gave me a reassuring prognostis that the gums look great, that the holes were still soft but would become stronger in a few more weeks, to keep the area clean and sent me on my way. Professional and compassionate This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had going to the dentist. From the receptionist to the orthodontist everyone was professional and compassionate towards me. I was greeted with a smile and promptly seen by the assistant. She took my X-rays, got me set up in the chair and explained the process. Dr Bruce Anderson fantistic My experience at OMS, two different appointments, very pleasant and appreciative of their work. The staff is friendly and vey helpful. Dr. Anderson is great. I had two extractions, and did not realize he had finished. Dr. Anderson explains the procedure and what to expect. He is very caring and wants to make sure you suffer minimum pain. If I require any additional oral treatment, I will ask my General dentist to send me back to OMS. So I would highly recommend this practice.
Wisdom Teeth Extraction - Great Job! OMG! I went in to have three wisdom teeth extracted and as soon as I got there, I signed my consent form and was called immediately back to start the procedure. The organized, friendly and well-rounded staff made it so easier to be put at ease and assure any signs of nervousness. The surgery last about an hour or less and I didn't know or feel a thing. Friendly and Professional Service I was referred to Dr. Perciaccante for wisdom teeth extractions. First, let me say that the entire staff was attentive, friendly and helpful, which always put a new patient at ease. My dentist office had not sent over my referral and x-rays as they promised before my visit, but the staff worked extremely hard in making sure they contact them and had them ready for Dr. Perciaccante to look over before my consultation.
