After hearing the horrible diagnosis of breast cancer, the rest was easy. Dr. Kaufman spent a lot of time with both my husband and I detailing my options. I chose mastectomy with reconstruction. I am now two weeks postoperative and I cannot tell you how happy I am to be cancer free and look ten times better than I had prior to surgery. Dr. Kaufman did an amazing job. The whole staff is kind and compassionate and I will recommend this practice to anyone who receives a breast cancer diagnosis or is just wanting an enhancement.
Outstanding communication from the front desk to the doctor. They kept me informed every step of the way. Clean and modern facility. The attention to detail in patient care is evident. I’m also an unusual case with a random retained surgical sponge, so he made sure I was completely healed from prior recent surgeries! Highly recommend!
I found Dr. Kaufman to be extremely professional, caring and compassionate. He was always willing to take as much time as I needed to answer my questions and quell my concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who requires breast cancer surgery.
I was referred to Dr. Kaufman by my Primary Care Physician after having a breast biopsy that indicated cancer. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was ecstatic when I left his office. He put me at ease and explained everything without talking down to me. He performed my surgery about a month and a half later. He did a wonderful job. He is very personable and professional. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Kaufman and his staff.
Dr Kaufman's has the best bed side manner, and always seems to be able to make you laugh at a difficult time.

Being diagnosed with breast cancer is definitely a life changing event. On October 2016, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to undergo surgery and radiation. However, my health was is the hands of the best doctor: Dr. Kaufman. He was caring, straightforward, compassionate, and knowledgeable. His staff was wonderful too. Thank you! Thank you! Dr Kaufman is an outstanding breast surgeon. He operated on me yesterday. Ten hours later -I feel almost no pain. He excels at communication and has the highest consideration for his patients.
