Gabriela was knowledgeable, hardworking, and easy to talk. On a side note, the inclusion of the phrase "is a married man" after my name on the deed documents feels medieval/archaic. If this a requirement of NC state law, I guess I'll have to accept it. If the law down here does not require such verbage, and is the work of a zealot, then I would like the phrase to be removed.
