Gabbie Yulis and Tonya Antunes were extraordinary in getting me through the process, helping me to understand everything step by step. Mrs. Yulis went above and beyond during the entire loan process, and even exceeded my expectations. She could be reached at moments notice to answer any questions I had pertaining to the loan process and even real estate concerns. I was literally crying at my closing. I feel I was treated very unfairly. I was told I would only need to pay an additional $1,000 at closing and the numbers was total off. The documents was sent to the the title company after hours which I was under the impression the documents were sent in a timely manner. I also was homeless through thanksgiving weekend with my kids and my loan officer stated to my realtor “I’ll be alright and will find some where to stay for the holidays”

75% of things/proofs/ documents they asked me were not necessary. This is my first experience in buying a house. I cannot make any comparison. I just hope all the banks don't make it so hard for people to qualify for house. I feel like the invasion of my privacy was too much. At one point I thought I would never get this house. They would ask , 10 documents to prove one obvious thing that even a 5 year old would understand easily.
