RecommendedBack in July our 14 year old collie became very ill. We called and took him to Galax Veterinary Clinic for an examination. Dr. Meinecke was very compassionate to our family. We decided it was best for us to put our much loved pet down. Although it was a very difficult time, we found much comfort in the staff's caring attitude toward us and our dog. we love GVC .. have been with them for 2 decades now .. they take care of our various doggie vet needs ... and we've had some very very various things happen thru the years --- they get the esoteric diagnoses and the everyday routine things just exactly right all the time ... our dogs are living long and happy healthy lives thanks for their care ... keep up the good work GVC
We have never been happier than we are with our vets here. They go above and beyond to take care of our fur babies. We recommend them to anyone looking for a vet!!!

Thank you everyone for taking such wonderful care of Annie today. She had surgery to remove a suspicious mass on her paw. The entire staff was warm and compassionate and Doc explained the process to my husband and I patiently and in such a warm and comforting way.
