Honest Review Galleria Village apartments are in a prime location. They look really pretty. The property is well kept. I love the layout of everything. It's a really nice area overall. The units have a wonderful floor plan with large, spacious rooms and new kitchen appliances. Even the staff is extremely nice. Current resident ready to leave As a first time tenant in any community this has been the worst experience ever. Unless you have a bunch of money at your disposal towards the utilities as well as the rent I tell you do not live here! The apt is beautiful but it is poorly insulated! My kids bedroom is super cold during the winters and the closet feels like an icebox. Over the summer my AC does not work. Real Review from an ACTUAL Resident I do not recommend this apartment complex. Having been a long time resident there have been numerous negative changes. Grounds are not kept up, building maintenance has been greatly reduced, for example previous mgt company regularly painted and power washed buildings and lots and kept dumpster area clean, no longer the case. Customer service is lacking. If you expect to move into a quiet residential community with respectful neighbors in a clean environment for the rent you will pay here ... read more
Best apartment ever I truly love my apartment community. This is the first place I've ever lived that everything is to my liking. I'm close to stores,restaurants and my job which makes travel time next to nothing. My apartment personnel team is awesome! Shout out to Chris, Kendra and Trease. They made sure the move was seamless and exciting. The best thing though is that I finally feel like I have a home not just an apartment.
